Before we can start construction, we need to make sure we have all the necessary approvals and permits in place. This includes obtaining a Construction Stage. We take care of all the paperwork and ensure that everything is in order before moving on to the next phase.

The interior decorating phase is all about bringing the project to life. We work with an interior designer to finalize the design of the interior spaces and make sure that everything is just right.
